Haryana Council of Open Schooling to remove the obstacles for providing secondary and senior secondary education to the disadvantage sections of the society.
Haryana council of Open Schooling also proposes to open schools in the State of Haryana and to provide free education at secondary and senior secondary level to those belonging to disadvantage… groups (e.g. the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally disadvantaged classes and other socially, culturally, economically, geographically weaker sections of the society, etc.
